  • Any unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

 

 3. Vehicle Sales

  • All vehicles are sold as seen and inspected unless purchased online under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (see Refund Policy).

  • Customers are responsible for checking vehicle details and condition prior to purchase.

  • Ownership of the vehicle transfers once full payment has been received.

 

 4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Full payment must be made before the release of the vehicle.

 

 5. Warranties & Consumer Rights

  • All vehicles are sold with the statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Additional warranties may be available and will be outlined in writing at the point of sale.

  • Wear and tear items (e.g., tyres, brakes, bulbs) are not covered unless faulty at the point of sale.

 

 6. Refunds, Returns & Complaints

  • Please refer to our Refund Policy and Returns & Complaints Procedure for full details.

  • Refunds will only be issued in line with UK law and the specific conditions stated in our policies.

 

 7. Liability

  • The Prime Drive Motors is not liable for loss or damage caused by improper use of vehicles after purchase.

  • We are not responsible for incidental costs such as insurance, tax, or breakdown cover unless expressly included in the sale.

  • Nothing in these T&Cs limits your statutory rights.

 

 8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and process customer information in accordance with UK data protection laws.

  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how your data is handled.

 

 9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
