Test Drives & Inspections Customers may request a test drive before purchase. Independent mechanical inspections by third parties are welcome by appointment. 4. Warranties & Consumer Rights We offer warranty options on selected vehicles for added peace of mind. All sales comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, ensuring your right to a vehicle that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Should an issue arise within the covered period, we will work promptly to resolve it through repair, replacement, or refund in line with legal obligations. 5. Part Exchange & Valuations We provide fair and competitive valuations for part exchange vehicles. Valuations are based on market trends, condition, age, and mileage of the vehicle. 6. Finance & Payment Flexible payment methods are available, including bank transfer and approved finance options. All finance agreements are subject to status and affordability checks in line with FCA regulations. 7.
